How to Treat Excessive Sweating At Home
We know that sweating is a normal phenomenon but excessive sweating isn’t that cool also, as it can often make you lose confidence and feel embarrassed. However they have no idea that the person who sweats more is healthier than a person who sweats less in general. Let’s take a look at some of the home remedies that can help you overcome excessive sweating.
Apple Cider Vinegar
You’ll need to drink a glass of apple cider vinegar everyday in order to keep your pH under control. To prepare, add one part honey to two parts of apple cider vinegar. You can also get try to add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in your bathtub and take a bath to keep your body sweat under control.
Green Tea / Black Tea
Both types of teas will work here. Just take a few tea bags and boil them in water. Take that boiled water and add it to a bucket of water and bathe with that water regularly. You’ll definitely notice the difference after trying it regularly for some days. If excessive sweating is somehow restricted to your face or you don’t mind the rest of the body, prepare the ice cubes of tea and regularly rub those ice cubes on your face.
Another simple remedy to control excessive sweating is by using potatoes, The pH of potatoes is alkaline i.e. above 7. Therefore, rubbing a slice of potato over the area of interest can help you in controlling the sweating at that location. After rubbing, you’ll need to use cold water to wash that area. You can also try to grind a potato and extract the juice out of it and sprinkle the juice on the area of interest by using a cotton cloth or a cotton ball.
